My early passion for food

My love for food began at home, where my dad, a renowned pastry chef, worked his magic with sweet and savory dishes.

Growing up, I joined him in the kitchen, and together we mixed ingredients to create deliciousness that filled our home with incredible smells and flavors.

My experience as a Chef

For 15 years, I explored the culinary world, hopping between different areas in France but also in Australia. I then had my own restaurant for six exciting years and this became my biggest accomplishment as a Chef.

All these adventures taught me tons about cooking and flavors, making me skilled in crafting dishes that people adore.

Now, with all these experiences, I'm super excited to share my love for food with you through Paradice. From handmade ice creams to yummy cakes and tasty treats, I'm here to make your taste buds happy.
