My early passion for food
My love for food began at home, where my dad, a renowned pastry chef, worked his magic with sweet and savory dishes.
Growing up, I joined him in the kitchen, and together we mixed ingredients to create deliciousness that filled our home with incredible smells and flavors.
My experience as a Chef
For 15 years, I explored the culinary world, hopping between different areas in France but also in Australia. I then had my own restaurant for six exciting years and this became my biggest accomplishment as a Chef.
All these adventures taught me tons about cooking and flavors, making me skilled in crafting dishes that people adore.
